Terms and Conditions Governing Use of a2ztravels.co.on Booking Services
- Start / End Km and Hours are calculated from garage to garage
- Duty Slip to be filled by customer no disputes are entertained
- For Out Station duty driver will not drive after 09:00 PM
- On no account driver on force asked to go on speed beyond the normal speed allowed by the Indian Motor Vehicles ACT.
- Parking, Toll and Entry fee are directly payed by customer
- Kindly check the vehicle before realizing. We are not responsible for any loss of bags/articles.
- Sightseeing as per the itinerary (wherever the Vehicle would be allowed to Go. )
- Our Vehicle do not go to bad and narrow road.
- The A2Z Travels reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
- Driver night allowance will be extra between 10:00 PM and 06:00 AM.
- All the additional charges will be payable directly to driver by cash.
- A/C may be switched off on hilly routes.
- For airport/railway transfers it is the customer’s responsibility to call the cab at enough notice to make it for the connecting journey. Any delay caused by traffic etc will not be the responsibility of A2Z Travels
